    I haven’t installed it as yet
    The online order was good & follow the next day was great on WhatsApp plus I had called to verify delivery & that went well also
    Delivery was as promised & driver brought it to door
    So I’m pleased the customer service is excellent
    I have to say it’s the best customer service I’ve experienced since I’m in Jamaica doing business
    Thanks to staff I will follow up whenever fan is install
